filled with an activity from social media to emails, face time, conference calls and.. and.. and…
However it has been my experience that authentic success depends upon spending time in quiet contemplation.
Being able to discover the KNOW in your NO’s is dependent on getting to know your inner self. You can only do this if you spend time in silence.
When we take ourselves out of the noise of daily living, we are able to really find out where we are at and develop a strong and reliable relationship with our soul and intuition. A lot of people are so busy that they don’t really know where they are at (or who they really are). Very few people get around to making time to be on their own doing nothing. It’s easier to “veg out” watching a Series than to sit quietly in contemplation.
The best way to get going is to commit to 3 minutes of inner contemplation per day. 3 minutes that’s not difficult is it?
When I used this 3 minute approach I soon found that my resistance to doing quiet time fell away and today my quiet time is part of who I am, I need it as much as I need to breathe.
Quiet time can bring miraculous results.
Making sure I do my quiet time daily, allowed my inner self, the part of me that holds my life blueprint, the part that is connected to infinite wisdom, to have a say in my world.

Remember there is a difference between “Quiet Time” and Meditation. Quiet Time is simply sitting in silence with your eyes open and just taking in the moment, slowing life down, being in the moment.
